Oddar Meanchey

Oddar Meanchey, or Thai: Udon Michai (Khmer: ឧត្ដរមានជ័យ IPA: [ʔutdɑː miən cɨj], Thai: อุดรมีชัย "Victorious Northwest") is a province (khaet) of Cambodia located in the remote northwest.
